The Indispensable MMA Podcast
There are a number of excellent MMA podcasts––including, especially, The Co-Main Event, Gross Point Blank, and Pro MMA Radio––that offer witty, intelligent, and well-informed commentary on the MMA scene. But Heavy Hands is miles ahead of all of them in the expertise department, particularly with respect to the stand-up/striking dimension of the game. For that reason, the audience for Heavy Hands is probably bound to be smaller than its competitors'. But for those willing to take an expert journey down into the nuts and bolts of the techniques and strategies that make all the difference in high-profile fights, this is the indispensable podcast. It will seriously enhance your MMA literacy.
