A real hum-dinger of a show
I absolutely love this podcast. I was turned on to it by Sean's brother-in-law. Thanks, Blake. From great movies to real stinkers these guys really get what I like (or hate) about these things. Bruce, the prickly pear, is an encyclopedia of comic book knowledge. Adam and Sean both have unique perspectives on the business and geek culture. The show is kept family friendly, even choosing phrases like,"the woman who does the stuff" and substituting "Shaq-fu" for certain words when reviewing Steel. I like the reviews of good movies, like Guardians of the Galaxy, but the best are the reviews of really horrible movies, like Dr. Strange from 1978. I personally can't wait till they review Man From Atlantis, starring Patrick Duffy. Not sure if it fits genre-wise but seems like an analog to Namor or Aquaman. I have to give this show an unequivocal Robin rating of Dick Grayson.Read full review »

Hero Movie Podcast is super slick. A great host, a comic wizard, and a man of the filming arts brought together for fun, magical ear-spells about what matters... Superhero Movies!
