“If you’re a fan of adventurous eating or any kind of creating, Heston’s podcast is a must listen. I’d rate the podcast 5 stars if the audio was better. The audio level needs to be normalized, or Heston just needs to learn how to use a microphone. It sounds as if he’s looking all around the room, only occasionally speaking into, or even swallowing, the mic. He’s got a Lina Lamont from Singing in the Rain problem.”
