Love this podcast but is that it? No more weird and wonderful food, food history? Last podcast in July said they would be back in the autumn after a break - and nothing!

Great episode and so interesting. Miss Heston but love the dynamic of the 3 of you. I eagerly await each episode. You ask for reviews , a pleasure to do , fyi it’s not that easy to find how to do it !

This used to be my favourite podcast. It’s pretty poor without Heston. I listen to the old ones. I have pretty much given up on this now

Don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews, but the pods without Heston haven’t been great, get him back ASAP. Seems half arsed

Loved listening when Heston was involved not sure why he has left or if infact he is coming back but it’s nowhere near as good sadly now he is no longer involved 😢

I absolutely love listening to this podcast, it’s informative & also funny in parts. I find the voices of Heston & the presenters very soothing to listen too. Keep them coming guys!! The fermented fish episode was hilarious during the tasting!

Great concept. Sound quality at Heston’s end sounds like he’s talking through a potato. Also repeat stories/facts that Jay seems to either forget/pretend he’s never heard before starting to grind. Needs work.

I live half the year on my boat. Nature is my adventure and as well as listening to you guys. It’s is such a treat. Love to listen to all those stories, the joy and chemistry these guys obviously have together , sharing knowledge and experiences in such an inspiring way. It puts such a huge grin...Read full review »

During the Covid-19 pandemic, lots of victims of this horrible virus suffered from taste-loss of various items many of which they had previously loved. I also suffered from a sudden total dislike of coffee - and I was a total fan of coffee and espresso and into all sorts of gadgets. Suddenly I...Read full review »

I would have given 5 stars as I do love this podcast. It’s really interesting and you learn so much! But sometimes the sound on hestons end is so bad I can’t listen to it unless I’m in bed when it’s quiet, through headphones.

It’s pretty good (I’m a big Heston fan and what he’s achieved with The Duck is extraordinary) BUT this podcast could be much better. E.g. * stop doing the same damn intro each time. You don’t need to explain the entire premise of the podcast and the biography of the hosts at the start every...Read full review »

Absolutely love these podcasts, but so excited that the Cherry Ripe was a winner , l lived in England many years ago for 5 years , and it cost my mother a fortune in postage sending me my Cherry Ripe hits . Now my daughter lives in Whitby and I do the same for her 🤣. Keep the podcast coming...Read full review »

I came upon this podcast per chance and am subscribed forever!!! Heston and Jay work really well together and they are so easy to listen to. The topics they discuss are fascinating as one would expect and the pair of them together are quite funny. They both have beautiful soporific voices - so...Read full review »

If you have a deep interest in food and or are a fan of Heston’s approach to food this is a must listen. The way he explains why he decided to go down a particular route with a dish while initially you see the title of a dish and think it’s ott by the time Heston has explained his reasoning you...Read full review »

If you’re a fan of adventurous eating or any kind of creating, Heston’s podcast is a must listen. I’d rate the podcast 5 stars if the audio was better. The audio level needs to be normalized, or Heston just needs to learn how to use a microphone. It sounds as if he’s looking all around the room,...Read full review »

Fun, informative and highly interesting!! How someone can have so much knowledge on such a wide array of topics, albeit food related (mostly). It’s incredible.

As a chef this is a proper show that is not just for foodies but also chef. It shows the thought process the way he works. The processes he goes though to do a dish. It is presented in a way to keep chefs and foodies interested with there level of knowledge and skills
