It’s pretty good (I’m a big Heston fan and what he’s achieved with The Duck is extraordinary) BUT this podcast could be much better. E.g. * stop doing the same damn intro each time. You don’t need to explain the entire premise of the podcast and the biography of the hosts at the start every single time. No other podcast I listen to does this. It’s really annoying. Just assume we know it and get on with the show! * Jay stop pretending everything Heston says is brand new to you and the most incredible thing ever. Be a bit more deadpan and have some skepticism about Heston’s claims especially when he strays from his area of expertise (e.g. he was completely wrong to say that magnetic levitation is like the moon in orbit about the earth—it’s completely different physics). Cheers Benjamin

Fun, informative and highly interesting!! How someone can have so much knowledge on such a wide array of topics, albeit food related (mostly). It’s incredible.
