Description
In today’s episode, I chat with Christina Rose, about her experience living with Bipolar Disorder. We get a glimpse into what life with mental illness looks like, as she shares her long journey to being officially diagnosed and the trials and tribulations along the way. She also offers insight to what it’s like being hospitalized in Ontario and how to help someone get the help they need. If you or anyone you know is suffering from mental health, there is help available. If you are a resident of Ontario, you can dial 211 on your phone to reach a free helpline that connect you to community and social services in your area.
If your child is in need, they can call the Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868, text 686868 or visit www.kidshelphone.ca.
