“As a fan of Jinkx Monsoon and her podcast, I was excited to listen to her recent interview with one of my all-time favorites, the iconic Charles Busch. However, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed by the overall quality of this interview. While Jinkx is undeniably talented in many aspects of her career, it seems that interviewing might not be her strongest suit. Throughout the conversation, she frequently talked over her guest and had moments of random laughter, which made it a bit challenging to fully engage with the content.
Towards the end of the interview, there was also an issue with the sound quality, with crackling noises likely due to a poor Wi-Fi connection during the recording. This technical problem further detracted from my overall experience. It left me with the impression that the podcast may not receive the same level of attention and care as other aspects of Jinkx's work.
While I remain a dedicated fan of Jinkx Monsoon and will continue to support her in all other aspects of her career, I regretfully have to give a hard pass on her podcast.”Read full review »
