Learning to be a better person with Hidden Brain
I so enjoy listening to these beautifully-constructed and gentle, human and evidentially robust podcasts. Recently I realised they’re so rich in learning and advice on behaviour change that I need to summarise with a few written notes the key takeaways, otherwise I wouldn’t fully benefit. I’m using those notes to share with others in the hope of helping them, and to consolidate my learning by repeating the lessons and making people around me aware how & why I’m doing things differently. Thank you Shankar & guests!
