“As far as I’m concerned, High Intensity Health is one of the all-time greats---and this is coming from a self-proclaimed podcast junkie, who has listened to 690 hours and 27 minutes worth of podcasts, according to my latest stats on the Stitcher Radio app.
After being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders, dysautonomia, and Lyme disease, I immersed myself in the alternative and complementary health arena and gravitated towards content with a functional, naturopathic, and orthomolecular spin in pursuit of permanent healing.
Mike’s podcast has been instrumental in my health journey. Not only does he advocate a preventative, holistic, root-cause resolution approach over the symptom-suppressive, reactionary, and reductionistic strategies that tends to dominate the allopathic medicine paradigm, but he also stays abreast of the latest peer-reviewed research, so he engages toe-to-toe with experts in the field.
Mike’s questions are always insightful and germane to the chronic illness community, and his interviews are compelling and thought-provoking, beginning to end. Using many of the healing modalities and nutritional interventions discussed in Mike’s podcast, I have effectively eliminated my lupus-specific antibodies (anti-double stranded DNA) and reduced my Hashimoto’s antibodies (thyroid peroxidase) from the 2000’s into the 300’s.
I’m currently halfway through the University of Western States’ Master of Science in Nutrition and Functional Medicine program, and hope to one day establish a nutrition practice emphasizing integrative and functional medicine strategies for holistic health. Mike’s podcast and the content he produces serve as both inspiration and motivation for me, and his accomplishments set the bar high for us aspiring nutrition professionals. Check out High Intensity Health and the pioneering information it contains today---your health can’t afford to miss out!
P.S. Check out Mike’s summit, The Autism Intensive. I’ve listened to dozens of health summits over the past few years, and this is the ONLY one that I have purchased. The production quality puts all the other summits to shame, and its interviews are salient to recovery from chronic illness whether or not you or your loved one has autism.”
