Every episode triggers highly contested issues within philosophy, which means this is never an introduction to the field, but a deep dive into questions philosphers have addressed for centuries--gives you a while new respect for the discipline and a love for thinking big and deep. Every other narrative podcast that you like (probably) focuses at least 3/4 of the time on issues with significant philosophical dimensions. But they seldom seem to ask philosophers for their views.
