Not a Review but a Question...
...... In Podcast 23 circa 1812-1813, you frequently make reference to the Republican Political party and the congressional debate surrounding military appointments during period. Was it not Abraham Lincoln in 1954 that is credited as being the founder of the Republican party? I’m confused.

potential to be a terrific podcast undercut by distracting narration decisions such as calling subjects by abbreviated first name (i.e. Jeff for Jefferson Davis) and repetition of the phrase “closed quote”.
