Great to know that Hit Parade gets it's own feed. I love the deep dives. I didn't think you could possibly make me interested in Red Red Wine but you did. The Beatles might have seemed like low-hanging fruit at first, but the take on it was surprising and enlightening. Extra-long episode after the summer break was actually too long in the second act, but I feel ungracious complaining about too much of a good thing. I didn't imagine I would need or want a second music podcast after Sound Opinions until Hit Parade came along. Keep up the good work.Read full review »

I really enjoy the discussion of the music and the artists - just wish there was less focus on the stats (how each song hit number X on chart Y for Z weeks...Zzz)

There are not enough stars to rate this podcast. It is absolutely perfect. The research and story structure are way beyond a free podcast. Probably the only one that I would actually pay for if they ask me.
