I love love this podcast, it feels like a FaceTime call ❤️ I think the topics are great and really relatable and they way that they talk freely makes me feel like I’m hanging with friends. Gym + G&T = perfect balance 🤪

I love the idea of the podcast but the execution is meh. I really wish they would not talk about things they are not qualified in; the amount of misinformation per episode is shockingly high. Stick to what you know and stop making claims please! (Or interview people who can actually inform)

I think that it’s a good podcast but sav and keltie are never on the same page and it’s almost cringe worthy. Maybe pre discuss the topic? The last podcast was all over the place.
