This helped So Much!
I listened to this podcast because I am facilitating a support group for parents who have children that have either been thru trauma or were second victims to trauma, as I listened I found myself nodding along and raising my hand in agreement. It helped me understand how I am feeling and give words to my inner thoughts and feelings. I was able to discuss a tough situation that occurred previously with my loved ones and it helped me feel better and helped my family to understand what I was dealing with in a conversational way. This podcast was so good that I sent it to the Women’s organization I volunteer for, so other women can know they are not alone. Thank you for helping me put words to my feelings and the time you invested! Great podcast!

More reviews of Holding Space
I love and appreciate the honest conversations Dr Cassidy facilitates on her podcast. As a fellow therapist, I listen to both this one, and Holding Space for Therapists, and I am always learning something new from her and her guests. Highly recommend giving both of her pods a listen!

I only wish I’d found Holding Space sooner. Dr. Freitas makes me feel seen and understood in a time where I’ve felt mostly isolated, scared and guilty about all the unexpected emotions during my postpartum experience. The podcast is a gift to new parents and I am so grateful.
