“In January 2020, I was lucky enough talk to Ken Levine when he was a guest on the Sirius XM talk show, "The Diner with Lou Simon". It was during that broadcast I found out about his podcast. I have been a fan of M*A*S*H since the 1970s. I've seen every episode mutliple times. So I was very famiiar with the name "Ken Levine" but didn't know who he was or anything about his career in the time before or "After M*A*S*H".
I started listening to this podcast in January 2020 and finished listening to all of the 178 episodes released up to that point that June.
The scope of the talent, knowledge, and experience that Ken Levine has had in his career is so much more than just as a TV writer.
In this podcast's archives you will meet and learn about the people Ken has come in contact with during his multi-faceted career as a: Radio DJ, TV Writer, TV Director, Screen Writer, Baseball Announcer, Sports Talk Show Host, Playwrite, and Author. His interview episodes are treasures woven into the fabric of this fantastic podcast.
I learned more about how the entertainment business works than I ever have from one source. I have also picked up some behind the scenes info about shows like Cheers, The Odd Couple, and Fraiser that I didn't know.
This podcast has broadened my horizons when it comes to watching any type of entertainment. I know longer watch in a pedestrian way. I now look to peek behind the curtain and find out more about the show, actors, production staff, and history of anything I watch
I highly recommend listening to this podcast and all its episodes. You will be educated and inspired by all of them.
BTW, If you email Ken, as he promises at the end of every episode, he will write you back.
Now, don't hesitate, get listening. And get a pen and paper, you will want to take notes.”Read full review »

This was my favorite so far. I’m now a huge Nancy Travis fan (she’s really funny) and I’m going to have to watch all...”Read full review »

“Ken Levine is a Hollywood writer with an impeccable resumé—with his partner David Isaacs, Ken served as show runner of M*A*S*H during the show’s peak years and contributed mightily to “Cheers” throughout its eleven season run. He and David also wrote many memorable scripts for “Frasier,”“The...”Read full review »
