I’ve replayed episodes time and again through the years - and I’m always the wiser.

I am so happy to say this is the strongest I have been in my sobriety and these two were by my side at the very beginning of my journey but even now I check in and re listen to episodes because I frankly love them 🖤🖤🖤🖤 still follow both in their work but this was such a time with this podcast -...Read full review »

I love this show. And this review is more in response to the negative ones on here I guess. Yea they’re inexperienced podcast recorders, and yea they talk a lot about their personal lives and say ‘like’ a lot. But that’s actually part of the charm to me. Theyre doing this because it helps them...Read full review »

Changing my review. TL; DR Holly is insufferable and never lets anyone else get in a word.

These girls are truly inspirational- if I had made it through my teens without ever having used alcohol I would have emerged on the other side with a completely different life. I have been inspired at 50 to start now.

I love this podcast, it is so so good. Holly and Laura are real and vulnerable but also very intelligent and reflective. They get great guests on and have some very practical tips for managing sobriety and just life in general. When I can't get to a meeting, I listen to an episode. I've...Read full review »

I don’t know where to begin. As a registered dietitian and owner of European market selling wine-I am so grateful I started looking at podcasts during “Covid Quarantine”. Running alone in my dark basement took on a whole new light when I started listening to HOME. I’ve listened to other podcasts...Read full review »

This podcast is a lifeline. Thank you, holly and laura. Wouldn’t have had had the strength to save myself without you two and the vulnerability and wisdom you share.

If a bad review came through I meant to post it to the “take a break from drinking podcast” by Rachel hart. So sorry!! You rock!!

Wow, I really wanted to like this podcast. But all the ums, likes, and annoying breathing into the mike make this podcast VERY difficult to listen to. It seems like the episodes lack an agenda to me and are just very unprofessionally done. They do have an important message, but it’s hard to hear...Read full review »

I am newly sober and this podcast has been such a refreshing voice among a very alcohol centric culture. This podcast is extremely helpful- even a few years after the last episode.
kesterk4 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/05/20
Holly interrupts the person being interviewed to often. And then ends the interruption with a smug laugh that comes across as “I’m so smart and clever”. I wish there were less interruptions

Unfortunately the show ended abruptly but I can’t say I’m surprised because you could detect the tension in the final season , both had other endeavors they wanted to explore which was understandable. As different as their personalities were and approach to sobriety differ they had an amazing...Read full review »

I just found your Pod Cast and was sad to see you haven’t recorded -at all- in 2018. I was researching the pros of quitting alcohol, and hip sobriety web page came up. Where I then found your pod cast. I love your material, the guests you bring on the show are completely interesting and I love...Read full review »

Just discovered this podcast and am so grateful it exists. It’s the best!!! Helping me so much, and is just exactly what I needed right now. So very real, honest, and relatable. Thank you both for making it.

This podcast offers good support in early sobriety. BUT. Laura *cannot* put together a full sentence confidently. Holly is constantly annoyed by Laura, which I understand, but her attitude is pretty insufferable too. (Also she pronounces ‘impetus’ like ‘EMP-etus’ ugh.) Too much reverence for...Read full review »

I started the podcast on Day 25 of sobriety and listened consistently from the beginning episodes. I learned a TON from the guests and hosts alike and am grateful for the content in the early stages of my recovery. Thanks Laura and Holly. Keep pioneering!

This is hands-down the very best podcast that dismantles the common misunderstandings of addiction. It’s hopeful, funny, difficult, and wise. I miss it very much!

I think, like . . . you know, and I . . . I mean I’m . . . I want to tell you this story, but um, I’ll get into it later. (laughter). Soooo, yaasss! They were flawed, sometimes annoying, but I haven’t listened to the same episodes over and over like this one. I miss them. I wish they’d come back and just do a whole new one just about love and dating.

Wow.... hard to listen to episode after knowing that the podcast ended so abruptly. The girls were so close... now no more. Just goes to show nothing stays the same. Also now Laura is so close to Meadow and I love their podcast. I’ll that it one episode at a time lol.

Some really unfortunate language on this podcast. One of them keeps talking about "being on her knees," twice a day, which I assume means giving BJs. She also uses the F word constantly yet keeps referring to herself as some kind of a writer. Just no.Read full review »

Frankly, I needed this at first and I started from the beginning and quickly devoured nearly 40 episodes. I stopped listening to Home a long time ago, and I didn’t even miss it.
