If you are a liberal socialist that grew up in Toronto or still lives there you’ll absolutely love this one. LOL

2nd book in the series and the characters are becoming good friends on those commutes to and from work. Another good story. As I am reading all the series quite late I am able to listen to all the stories one after the other. Download....

I have to admit I almost gave up on the story with the first episode, because the narrator was reading as if it were a race to reach the end. Too fast, too monotone, no sense of pacing. Having said that, I actually enjoyed the storyline quite a lot. Although the author committed the cliche of...Read full review »

I enjoyed Marker Stone, and so was really looking forward to listening to this, the second book in the series. I was not disappointed. Paul’s podcasts are really professional and well read. I never get tired of listening to his voice. I love the story and as one episode finished, I couldn’t...Read full review »

I travel a great many miles for work and have to say that this has helped to while away the hours superbly. I have even had to stay in the car waiting for chapters to finish. I found this before the marker stone which I have now downloaded and can't wait to start. Thank you

The story is decent, could be better. He really needs to have someone else do the narrating. Gave up after a few episodes.

I thought that the story started off really well. My problem was the direction that the plot took. I got about halfway through and just didn't like the story. Too bizarre. I thought the narration was okay. This will not be everybody's cup of tea.

The previous reviews all sounded so good that I thought I'd give "Homesick" a try. My problem, however, is with the narrator--he reads too quickly, and actually sounds bored! Too distracting for me....

I love this podcast. I'm completely hooked. I'm about two thirds done and I can't wait to see what happens next. The author is brilliantly creative and the technology level is not silly like star trek but within the realms of reason. This would surely make a great movie! I listened to the 1st...Read full review »

The story was good, it kept me listening. I was pleasantly surprised. Good characters and the plot was not predictable. I look forward to hearing more stories from the author. I don't agree with the reviews about the narration. I thought it was almost pityable. There was barely an accent with...Read full review »

This story moves along nicely and soon you are having some extrodenary moments that leave you asking yourself; how would you behave in a simmilar situation? It gets very graphic at times, like a good science fiction story should. There is an underlining story about how one person can go through...Read full review »

This is a pleasant surprise -- a really good story, Characters are complex and line is interesting. Narration is clear and characterizations are very good and consistent. Only drawback is that narrator needs to slow down a little -- just a little. Relax -- enjoy your RGS man! Will definitely...Read full review »

I have been through all of what I would consider the classic Podcast i.e. Sigler, Hutchins, Morris etc. This is a wonderful outer space journey. Well crafted and pleasantly narrated. At times the narrator sounds like Nathan Lowel and if you enjoyed his Golden Age series, then you should love this...Read full review »
