“This is my favorite podcast in the genre. The topics covered in the podcast are useful and covered in just the right depth. Austin's attitude in the podcast is that of a team player or servant leader, never preachy or lecturing- a stark contrast to others in the field.
The ambient noises and sound design are great. The storytelling aspect of the podcast alone makes it entertaining. There's even an an accountant who consults on some projects to judge financial feasibility. If you want a truly practical podcast, this is the one for you.
My suggestion to someone who wants to try this podcast out: check out the episodes on beekeeping and getting started homesteading to get a taste of what it has to offer.”Read full review »
