Alyssia Kajati is currently a kindergarten teacher, formerly playing at the University of Regina Women's Basketball team (2011-2016). She discusses unique approaches for teaching mindfulness to very young children. Her experiences at the kindergarten level through her mindfulness teachings can be applied for all ages.
