Jake Rauchbach is in his first year as the Director Of Integrated Player Development for the Saint Francis men's basketball. Rauchbach oversees, and is responsible for the implementation and development of High-Performance programs geared towards improving player performance. These programs are designed to clear unconscious patterning, and promote the learning and application of mental skills and techniques associated with consistent and optimal performance.
Rauchbach is the founder of the MindRight Pro® program and has served as a High-Performance consultant for NBA, Oympic, EuroLeague, and McDonald’s All-American players. He holds a master’s degree in the psychology of human movement from Temple University, and an MBA from Drexel University. He completed his undergraduate degree in finance while at Drexel.
