“So happy I found this podcast. I listened to so many of these hot girl, wellness podcasts and I couldn’t stomachs any of them. There is only so much I can get from an 18 or 19 year old girl giving life advice. That is till I found this one and to hear she is 27 is so great because it’s like having an older sister to say exactly what your thinking or give you life advice. This podcast and the wellness cafe are the only two podcasts in health and lifestyle that I enjoy. X”

“Love the content, but the intros are very long winded and personal. Just like this other review says, too much of a diary. Would also love if there was more value in reference to the recaps - e.g research low much longer the Sephora sale is on so the listeners can benefit too!”
