How She Really Does it
Koren does an amazing job of introducing a diversity of guests and topics on her show. I've listened to this podcast since 2012. I works as a personal trainer and have found many useful tools to approach growth mindset and self care with my clients. Her show notes are very thorough! I've added many a great read to my booklist. I do wish she would invited more women of color into her conversation on compassion. I feel she could handle discussions on intersectionality very well.Read full review »
