Sleep is very important. Good sleep is the signs of health. Lacking of Sleep has been linked to various disease. For example, research shows OSA can cause or aggravate diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,etc.

I was struck by how different this episode was from my experience. The big insight seemed to be, spend money and time on other people not yourself.
