Sleep is very important. Good sleep is the signs of health. Lacking of Sleep has been linked to various disease. For example, research shows OSA can cause or aggravate diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,etc.

I can’t recall how I came across this podcast but it’s become one of my favorites. I enjoy the cheerful attitude of the host and the easygoing way his conversations flow with his guests. I always come with a new outlook and a new lesson learned after listening.
