I come for the guests and their perspective. Chris Duffy is impossibly pompous and arrogant during the interviews. Any growth moments he shares about himself are clearly scripted. He has the world figured out already and has to read words someone else has written to convey moments of personal...Read full review »

This is such an engaging, insightful podcast. It’s really well hosted by Chris Duffy who breaks down potentially overwhelming topics into everyday conversations with the true experts! He asks great questions. Highly recommend.

Interesting & useful concepts covered but the presenter (Duffy) always finds a way to bring the topic back to him - I find it a selfish way to present topics. Much prefer altruistic presenters who listen and listen with the audience in mind not just themselves to generate discussion.

Sleep is very important. Good sleep is the signs of health. Lacking of Sleep has been linked to various disease. For example, research shows OSA can cause or aggravate diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.

The host Chris makes me laugh out loud and is relatably (word?) human. The friend you have a beer with and only this friend brings a TED guest expert! And have to say I actually end up getting something out of the conversations. Fatherhood one was especially helpful.
