“David has been very helpful in these podcast. My husband and I are planning on buying a home and we had no idea about real estate, terms, loans, budgets, debts, and Everything else real state. He's great at explaining and breaking things down. I am able to understand and now My husband and I feel more comfortable in asking questions, looking at numbers and figuring out a plan to save for our down payment.
