Good interviewer but too sycophantic
Elizabeth is a skilled interviewer and has such great, interesting guests on the podcast. However, her style is overly obsequious which can be uncomfortable to listen to and at times comes across as inauthentic as she is desperate to find common ground and be liked by every guest. The format has recently changed to shorter episodes, as more content is behind a paywall (no issue with the paywall, this is her job after all), which means the interviews are less in depth than earlier eps and the failures component can feel quite rushed and unexplored sometimes
