I adore Elizabeth’s interview style - so much compassion, interest and care. A great variety of guests who often surprise me with their honestly and vulnerability.

This has been my first podcast binge and I have loved it. I love the relaxed style of chat where the guest isn’t under pressure to deliver short answers like in media style interviews we hear too many of on tv / radio . I listen as I do housework and feed cows or shovel muck ! Or drive miles on...Read full review »

Did not enjoy this episode with Spencer Matthews at all. I kept waiting for him to say something meaningful or interesting but to no avail. Privileged smug annoying young man not worthy airtime. I hope he listened to this episode to find out how dumb he sounds and to correct his language...Read full review »

Sitting in a puddle of tears at having listened to this conversation - I don’t think I truly understood Alex prior to this conversation and feel so much respect and empathy for her. So much respect for Rick Astley. Loved this interview, so honest and meaningful.

Most of the podcasts are great. However, it seems that nearly every single interviewee has ‘amazing skin’ and therefore just feels a little too grovelling as the compliments don’t seem personal. It continues throughout the interview which after listening to a few seems quite fake.

So glad I found this podcast. Was sent a link to the Gina Davies episode as I too discovered I had adhd at 42. Everything she said resonated with me. Since then I’ve listened to each episode & loved them all. Highly recommend Craig David’s and also the Roman Kemp ones. Looking forward to...Read full review »

Another great episode! I’m curious if Justin’s opinion on friendship is somehow connected to body image. Everyone deserves to love themself and it’s often so difficult for various reasons.
