Disappointingly surface level
It's all just kind of surface level with a few exceptions that have some more depth but even those are lacking. The interview format also doesn't contribute much of anything to the show nor the rotating hosts. It's obvious that this isn't actually a candid interview and the guests have prepared answers, why not just let them talk instead of interjecting with questions that disrupt the flow? Also failing to see what the rotating cast of hosts brings to the table when it's just reading prepared questions. Also, asking for 5 stars is a good way to get 1. My thoughts: - ditch the Q&A format, the guests rarely stick to the questions anyway - solidify the host position so listeners can actually get familiar with who's talking - bring WAY more depth to the discussion (actually dig in to example cases instead of off handedly referring to them 2 to 3 times). I want to hear specifics, even if it means ballooning episode length. - be less of an advertisement for the guests that are seemingly just trying to sell books or get hired somewhereRead full review »

Amazing . More please . security issues are so underrated . people have no idea what goes on behind the scenes . the insights and knowledge of guests are fascinating, important and engaging.
