“I had an interview for an entry-level software developer position, and for about a week and a half leading up to it, I listened to this podcast for about 6 or 7 hours a day, while I did my mindless work at my temp job. I had the concepts down pretty well out of the book, but because I was able to hear them spoken about in Trevor's great, comprehendible way, it made TALKING about java that much better in my technical interview, and I felt entirely comfortable and confident. I had done technical interviews before but failed them because I couldn't express the ideas cogently.
