I love this podcast. Wonderful illustrations of the creative and smart fight against the climate crisis coming out of small communities. Can be relistened time and time again. Does not get old. Emma is not only one of my favorite authors but also such a gifted audiobook narrator. I could listen...Read full review »

Some of the hosts are ok but some speak so fast and forceful it feels like I’m bombarded with information. Because of that it’s not a podcast I enjoy which is a shame because the topic is very relevant

I started listening to this podcast because I like Emma Newman’s other podcasts. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised to find it is listenable and useful for triggering thoughts of what I can do to help nudge the larger forces of society towards more environmentally sound...Read full review »

If you want to hear the host talk more than the guest then this is for you. Good host let the guest guide the conversation and this is a narration interspersed with the guest.

Talk about an obvious LARGE scale market for the kelp farmers - cattle feed. With the obvious extra sustainable bonus of eliminating methane production.

Love this podcast. I really appreciate the “How screwed are we?” Question and the action items at the end.

It’s always good to get the Friends of the Earth perspective. Hearing from different members of the FOE team is a window onto their truly important work. The guests bring a voice of understanding of the local and global climate issues and what we can do to be part of the movement for positive...Read full review »
