“Lizzie, thank you so much for sharing your expert advice and stories. I can feel your passion and energy in every episode and you’ve answered a lot of questions I’ve had about how to be successful.
It took me several years to make the decision to start my shop and three weeks in I’ve experienced a whole roller coaster of emotions. From launching my shop and seeing people favoriting my items to making my first sale, it has been so exciting!
The only regret I have and what my advice would be to people who are getting ready to or have recently opened their shop is to listen to Episode 30 NOW if you haven’t already. My shop was suspended two days ago and after listening to this episode just now, I’m pretty sure it was because of accidentally violating a trademark. Lizzie, when you mentioned Happy Camper is a violation my heart sank because I’m using it as a keyword. 😱 I also have logged into my account on several devices (desktop, phone, 3 tablets, I’m a mess with my process right now). It’s currently a 7-day turn time to hear back from customer service. Do yourself a favor and listen to Episode 30 to avoid falling into the bot trap like I did.
