Attempting my first book at 73 - a kind of ‘biographical fiction’ comedy based on the letters of 19C naturalists, presented as dialogue) I have loved this podcast. The discussion of trust, voice and confidence have been a revelation for me and will be invaluable in my editing! Hope one day to see...Read full review »

These are witty, intelligent, and well edited conversations that benefit from Elizabeth Day’s god like narration and summarisation.

I love this podcast because I love books and reading and it’s fascinating, but it does also makes me feel like I live on a different planet to the literary world!

I am loving the conversations, the insights and the knowledge shared on this. There is so much information to dive into. I also have to say it’s so wonderful to have a writing podcast featuring women of color. Thanks ladies for this pod!

Im not sure what the low ratings are about. I like that this podcast is conversational between different perspectives involved in publishing a book. It’s real talk about no boring. In addition, I love that it comes from a group of people who usually do not get as much opportunities in the space....Read full review »

This is different from so much that’s out there. We’re totally with people who really know the industry, and are passionate about communicating what they know, going deep into layered discussion and explanation with reference to great authors and a wide range of books. Not just for beginners...Read full review »

I really enjoyed this because I love listening to people talk about books, the writing process, and the publishing industry, but it’s not a how to for absolute beginners. I think this podcast is most helpful for those who already write or have started a project as they can reflect on their own...Read full review »

RUBBISH! There is no education here at all. It’s basically three people peeing in each others pockets. Elizabeth Day is the only one who is able to give any information. Boring Pod. Don’t bother.
