Hello friends, today we’re going to be reviewing How We Roll, a wonderful podcast where amazing people play Call of Cthulhu! Scott’s a great Keeper, a real “keeper” if you will! Haha! Hahahahaha! I like the podcast and I am currently at episode 70 of the two headed serpent. The voice actors are great and plots are well thought through. However, sometimes the players go in to a 30 min tantrum where they talk about their characters sexuality and allergy to lactose. I get that the players...Read full review »

An amazing amount of content has been produced by this crew. Funny and well produced; the cast has hours and hours of experience playing together and have a quirky and humorous chemistry. Well worth listening to if you enjoy actual play.

Despite the suggestion on the website not to go back to the earlier sessions due to their poorer audio quality, I started at the beginning and have grown ever so fond of such characters as Bartholomew Ormond, Mick Tobin, Finn, and of course Spenser Randell. Love the camaraderie, the call-backs, ...Read full review »

I can’t say enough about this crew and both the enthusiasm and quality of their campaigns. Not only does it provide endless entertainment, but it has inspired tremendous growth in my own campaigns. And, if nothing else, Owen’s laugh is worth the price of admission

First off, I have only listened to two of their shows so far, but they are only an hourish long and very easy to get through. Since I started 2 weeks ago I’ve gotten through the prequel to Masks of Nyarlathotep: Peru, and 40 episodes of Curse of Strahd. Joe and Eoghan and the rest of the crew...Read full review »

If you want to hear great scenarios, dungeons and adventures run in different styles but with the same level of excellence then this is for you. The players are great and commit to the campaigns and one-shots with humor and pathos.

Killer voice acting, music, sound, and story. To avoid spoilers, I wouldn’t listen if I wanted to play these campaigns, but if you want a thoroughly entertaining podcast experience, subscribe!!!

Love the keeper and the players. These guys know how to role play their characters, not just throwing dices and go ahead. Especially their accent. I love an Englishman with British accent role playing American characters. It's just great!Read full review »

Dungeons & Dragons podcasts led me to How We Roll, which has opened my eyes to new games like Call of Chtulu and has helped me to understand the mechanics and the essence of the world. Great game play with a mix of horror and humor. Strongly recommended!

Very fun and good humoured actual play rpg podcast. Great for ideas when planning games. I listened to the Dead Light and Haunting shows before running the scenarios myself.. pretty handy stuff for a newbie Keeper.

Well done, lads! Larf? New to the podcast and working my way through. Reminds me of when I played CoC ad nauseam as a teenager in the 80s. I’ll be getting back into it with the mates from those days now that I’m aware of the online capabilities of gaming these days. Keep it up!

Played CoC for the first time about six months ago and the whole world captured my imagination. Started reading Lovecraft and his circle, and for the first time in my life wanted to listen to actual play podcasts. Have tried a bunch and for me this one is the best!

This is by far my favorite live play RPG podcast. The story, characters, and settings are incredibly well thought out. The play/acting is outstanding, and you can tell they are having fun.
