“The monotone reading off of a page is just not the greatest delivery of the content so it sounds really boring and it’s easy to lose interest. Some of the episodes have odd background sounds and music that doesn’t seem to go with the story and it’s very distracting. Sometimes there is a sound that I can’t identify, but it’s almost like lip smacking or water dripping or maybe like he’s eating a piece of candy or something and it is so gross sounding that my brain can’t even concentrate on the story...I love true crime and I like the length as I tend to prefer longer podcasts. Hopefully some improvements can be made because I think it could be a good show.”
