An Important Podcast
I have been listening to Humanize Me with Bart Campolo since the podcast's inception. I have a family member who worked with his father, Tony Campolo. When I heard that his son, Bart, had left his faith, I was intruigued. Listening to his podcast episodes, I hear someone who has made a major change in worldview but has managed to keep the joy and enthusiasm that served him and others so well while he was a Christian. I find Bart's enthusiasm infectious and a really good counterbalance to the expressions of dry rationality by those who know what they believe but do not seem to have grasped that a full life requires a continual search for joy and connection with humans and the world we live in. I don't listen to every one of Bart's podcasts, but the great thing is, I think his response would be "that's ok".Read full review »
