“The Humble and Fred morning show on Edge 102 was a large part of the soundtrack to my late teens and early 20's. All those morning laughs and contests (which I never won, but always kept calling in anyway). This podcast is everything that made the cfny show great, and more. Great interviews, hilarious commentary, goofy bits, some old "characters" revisited (like Mr GooHead), and that wonderful self-deprecating humour that always made them seem genuine and, well, humble (a quality their successors on the edge sadly lacked). And now the boys curse almost as much as Kevin Smith, which just makes them funnier. I'm so glad they're back and joining the soundtrack to my mid-30's.
