Wrecking the Internets
Considering how I read in the Star and across the Internets hyping the new show's launch, I was frankly expecting more wreckage. You know...rubber-necking radio mistakes and bit disasters. Yet, what I heard was instead pleasant, warm, and even nicely entertaining. Even made me chuckle twice (although I instantly forgot what I thought was funny as I saw a LOL Kitty on my Facebook newsfeed). Didn't even get many technical gaffes. A 'quality' podcast. As you state, 'a real radio sensibility' with 'real authentic moments'. Really? That's not the Humble & Fred I remember from the '90s. Don't get me wrong...love the idea of you two fine upstanding radio dudes getting back together again to offer something different and battle against the Corporate Titans. It's just I was expecting more wreckage...sort of like how that woman is suing the makers of Ryan Gosling's new movie "Drive"...expecting more "Fast & Furious"-like driving action and leaving the movie disappointed there wasn't enough driving action...so she had to sue. What are you trying to be...professional broadcasters or something? What's up? Sincerely, A radio fanRead full review »

I never listened to these guys when they were on the radio, but I LOVE the podcast! Hilarious, but not stupid!
