3 questions to ask yourself!
#1 - What do you say to yourself when you wake up? What are your first thoughts about your life?
#2 - What do you expect from these feelings you'd like to change? (for me it was waking up in depression and feeling down first thing in the morning. Subconsciously I realized that those feelings were externalizing my responsibility to change. I would blame outside circumstance and relinquish my personal responsibility. So I unconsciously was using these feelings to save myself from having to take on this responsibility)
#3 - What are three emotions you'd like to wake up feeling? and why? (for me it is gratitude, anticipation, and inspiration)
