#3: Be kind to yourself (stop criticizing yourself)
#4: Celebrate where you are & how far you've come (accept the present moment)
#5: Get excited for the future (rather than stressing about it)
#6: Rest (sleep, do nothing for once, but not for too long)
#7: Affirmations (rewiring your beliefs about yourself and life)
