“Often my nursing lectures seem general and lack a lot of fact-based clinical data. If your the type of student who prefers to incorparate pathophysiology and real world experience into learning, I highly recommend that you subscribe and download ICU Rounds, Prehospital Pharmacology, and Prehospital Life Support Podcasts by Dr. Jeffrey Guy. Typically, I review my Lecture notes and then listen to the relavant podcasts by Dr. Jeffrey Guy to expand on the subject at hand. For Mac users, a simple trick I like to use to quickly find Dr. Guys relavant podcasts is to press command and the space bar to open "Spotlight", then type in a keyword from the nursing lecture to go straight to his podcasts. You may feel that listening to these podcasts just takes time out of your studing, but fear not, you will be a better Nurse for it and you can impress your Professors with all extra info you learned from the "BurnDoc". Lastly, you can follow him on twitter @BurnDoc”Read full review »
