“I grew up and still live in the Edgewater neighborhood and this hospital has always been a curiosity to me. I never knew the details but was told it was an awful hospital, and that it was haunted. I was so excited to see the developers had kept and renovated some of the building after seeing the place boarded up for 20 years. Then this podcast came out and my socks were knocked off. I was ignorant of the early successful years of the hospital and it gave me a new sense of pride for this mammoth building in the neighborhood. The depth of research within this podcast is deeply satisfying and their Patreon is just as great.”
