“I'd assert that IDTT is the just about the best form of wine media since Wine Library TV, in it's execution, content, and entertainment offerings to both industry academics and the masses. The ongoing discourse about modern sommelier culture in comparison to its early days is especially fascinating. Some criticize Mr. Dalton for interrupting his guests too much. And -- much like Jon Stewart on the Daily Show -- in some episodes Mr. Dalton doesn't go a minute without making a joke. But the thing is, the jokes are pretty good.
