“While this has been a riveting listen, I was constantly disappointed in the fact that Josh kept skimming over the fact that Shameema was a CHILD when she made these ‘choices’. He keeps asking her to take responsibility for what she did, when the responsibility really lies elsewhere - with the people who sold her lies, with the police who failed to inform her parents of the threat, with the husband who abused her, with the government who failed to save her child. Let’s be real, if Shameema was white, this would have been a very different story…”
