“Awe-inspiring journalism.
Shamima seems like a broken, lost, deeply unintelligent person. She is also a frustrating person because she takes almost no accountability for any of her actions and tries to paint herself as someone with zero agency, yet she traveled 3,000 miles as a 15 year old to join a known terrorist organization. I understand both sides of the argument for letting her back into the UK and not. Her lack of remorse (still) is alarming and her inability to apologize without adding a caveat isn’t helpful for her case.”
