As a former member of the Los Angeles improv comedy scene (iO West and UCB), I find this podcast fascinating. Great interviews with passionate, intelligent people at the top of their game. Now that I'm teaching improv in Australia, I'll frequently assign episodes to my students as "homework".

It's good if you don't live near an improv school, but do improv on a regular basis and want general tips to keep in mind. If you don't have basic grasp on improv theory though you will be lost.
