Good, in-depth content that can be over novices' heads
I love plants, ecology, and learning so this podcast is great! However, as someone just getting into botany I often get lost in the nomenclatures and technical descriptions that is used. I wish that there would be some pause taken to explain these things for someone just getting into this field. In addition, I CANNOT stand the long, winded introductions. They have actually made me stop listening to the podcast because I've skipped almost an entire minute into the post to actually get to the interview. I would like to see the sponsors/supporters at the end of the podcast, and perhaps not as much information about the personal life of the host. Overall, this podcasts teaches me about new things and brings light to many different topics regarding plants and their associates. However I stopped listening because I felt that the host made the introduction too long and off topic and it was a difficult to follow as a budding botanist.Read full review »

This is really just a great and super informative podcast. Haven’t found anything comparing to it that covers same breadth of biology/botany. Well balanced between banter and information.
