So detailed but easy to listen to
I absolutely love this podcast. Lachlan doesn’t cut any corners in terms of providing us with context and background but none of it feels indulgent either. I’ve honestly learnt so much listening to this podcast and I simultaneously want to get further into it but also never want it to end. New episodes obviously take a while to come along given the depth he goes into but they’re number one on my playlist when they drop.

Great overview of the antecedents to the horrors of the Khmer Rouge. Very helpful context prior to my first visit to Cambodia.

Thorough and knowledgeable, the author has studied a wealth of sources. His interactions on reddit are welcome as well.
