Fantastic deep dive
I started listening shortly after the first episode premiered and have so enjoyed the slow, incredibly detailed approach Lachland has given over the past few years to this rich and criminally overlooked, and often oversimplified history. Lachland has a natural gift for teaching and makes everything easy to follow without losing details or context. I’m in it for the long haul.

My dad is from Cambodia and I have visited there many times. I did read about the history but never in depth as much as this podcast did. I love it. Highly recommend it. Keep bringing more episodes.

Excellent and enjoyable though a slightly misleading title, in that we’re 2 seasons and a million hours in and we still haven’t got to 1975 yet.
