“I came across this podcast as I was driving to California to pick up my niece from a juvenile delinquent center to drive back home to live with us permanently. I was desperate for some support that I needed to walk with her through the emotional trauma she had been through living on the streets homeless.
I flew through the podcast absorbing as much information as I could during that drive but since then which was 2 1/2 years ago I have been listening to this podcast and gaining biblical wisdom in parenting and in emotional safety that I can not only be applied to my 17-year-old niece but also my five and six-year-old children, which is such a treasure. I've told my entire life group about this podcast and I know it's blessed many of the other women who have started listening. Worth a listen for sure and with the transition of famous at home, I am thrilled with that desire to have more parents follow God's priorities in leading our family first then as an overflow of that leading others!!!!
P.S. I noticed that there were a few reviews that weren't five star so I went through and quickly read a couple and I'm shocked at the negative review towards Christi crying in many of the episodes. I would like to state that it's refreshing to hear another woman becomes so emotional over the things that matter most in life and I am often times tearful myself!
