Anne talks over Eric too much and the sound quality is scratchy. The content does little to push any exciting new narratives around the awards season, so the podcast’s relative position of esteem within a prognostication circuit is very much part of the problem when it comes to a lack of diversity represented at the Oscars.

This is an Interesting podcast, but the god awful sound makes it sooo unpleasant to listen to ! You wonder why Indiewire doesn't invest in a pair of good microphones and a sound engineer for its journalist ! So many people with lesser organizations manage to get it right...
